Monticello Cove on Lake Bob Sandlin was voted best fishing hole in Upper East Texas by County Line Magazine. Barefoot Bay Marina & RV Resort was awarded the Business of the Year Award by the Camp County Chamber of Commerce.
Barefoot Bay Marina and RV Resort is located at the FM 1520 bridge on Lake Bob Sandlin and has been in continuous operation since 1980. This is the only marina on the lake and the only waterside gas available on the lake. The marina is located within Barefoot Bay Cove and enjoys a natural shoreline setting surrounded by beautiful trees deep in the heart of the piney woods. The store has delicious pizza and cold beer for all to enjoy.
